How do the ticketing fees work? How much does it cost? ExpandThere are no additional set up fees. You can pass the fees on to the ticket purchaser and also add any other custom fees.
To access your revenue, you must link a merchant account to the Intellitix platform. This is the bank account that you use to collect payments from customers. If you do not have a merchant account, you will need to open one up with one of our integrated banks or payment processors before you can sell tickets with Intellitix. Merchant processing rates are set by your payment processor.
When you sell tickets through Intellitix, fees start at 2.9% of the ticket fee or 50 cents per ticket – whichever is higher. For example: if you are selling tickets for $15 each, 2.9% of that would be 44 cents which is below the minimum, so your per-ticket fee stays at 50 cents. If your tickets cost $40 each, each ticket fee would be $1.16 (2.9%).
When do I get my ticket sales? How do payouts work? ExpandWhile other ticketing providers hold most, or all, of your ticket sales revenue until after your event, Intellitix allows you to sell tickets with your own merchant account or payment processor. That means that your ticket sales go directly to your merchant bank account and are not held by Intellitix. You are in control of your merchant account.

How will I scan the tickets when people enter? ExpandIntellitix includes access control with all ticketing clients at no extra charge. There are multiple ways to validate tickets and control access to your event when using Intellitix.
Your patrons can get their tickets either through the Intellitix mobile app, or in their email inbox.
If your patrons are using tickets through Intellitix’s mobile app or printing them, you will be able to scan these using any mobile device (Android or iOS) that has a camera by using the Intellitix FOS mobile application.
If you are using RFID badges or wristbands as tickets, you will need to deploy RFID readers in order to validate attendee tickets. Intellitix offers RFID access control solutions for events looking to take advantage of the solution.
What kind of support do you offer? ExpandIntellitix’s event technology platform can be fully managed by you as an event organizer, or you can connect with our team to receive additional support.
We offer remote support for anyone needing assistance with the platform, as well as on-site support for events that want to take advantage of our event deployment services. Event producers also have access to our Help Center 24/7, with articles and guides about the platform and apps.
