Intellitix has partnered with IMM to create Intellitix Brazil in order to introduce revolutionary technology and other services to the Brazilian event market.
SAO PAULO — Major industry leaders Intellitix and IMM announce a partnership to better address the sports, entertainment, and ticket sales divisions in Brazil. The joint-venture, named Intellitix Brazil, will incorporate Intellitix’s RFID Access Control, Cashless Payment, and Experiential sponsorship technology to create seamless processes and management for events throughout the Brazilian market.
While Intellitix has operated in Brazilian events such as Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland Brazil, and the Rock in Rio Las Vegas show—this joint venture represents not only an immense sign of growth for Intellitix but also a commitment to Brazilian communities to provide exceptional event management and security. With technology advancements, organizers can expect secure, lucrative, and engaging events that continue to grow.
“This joint venture represents IMM, bringing its portfolio of events that demonstrates some of the greatest names in the world, and Intellitix, bringing its industry-leading technology together to do something very special. By working together we’re enabling event organizers to have an unprecedented view of who their fans are, what their fans are experiencing during the event, and leading safer events while increasing the revenue of the organizers,” said Milan Malivuk, Intellitix Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “In IMM we have a truly world-class partner with which we look forward to helping organizers in the region stay ahead of the curve and provide them with best-in-class technology solutions”
IMM is controlled by a development and investment company, Mubadala Development, from Abu Dhabi. With an established partnership with WME | IMG, IMM currently operates in the sports, entertainment, and ticket sales divisions in Brazil. IMM specialized in live entertainment for the Brazilian public and represents a variety of leading brands and events.
In the sports division, IMM represents Brazil’s largest events, such as the Rio Open, UFC, Professional Bull Riders, the Go Cup, and more. IMM also promotes the Brazilian tour of Cirque Du Soleil and has recently launched a Family Entertainment division that focuses on Broadway musicals. Within the entertainment division, IMM endorses the Taste of São Paulo and São Paulo Fashion Week.
IMM owns a ticketing platform—TUDUS—which handles the online and offline ticket sales for IMM and third-party events. Intellitix offers IMM access control and cashless operations to secure events and develop the overall guest experience in Brazil. The RFID Access Control improves event security, eliminates ticket fraud, and reduces wait times. With a credential—like an RFID wristband or a lanyard—event attendees can utilize it as their ticket and main payment method. The Cashless Payments increase revenue by providing guests unique payment options and vendors complete control with real-time data. By providing the Intellitix solutions, the joint venture between IMM and Intellitix allows events throughout the Brazilian market to have the same streamlined capabilities to increase on-site revenue, eliminate ticket fraud, and improve security with a revolutionary technology that benefits event organizers and attendees.
