Industry leaders Intellitix and Lennd have partnered to create an integration between the two systems to make the credential management and ticket issuance process seamless for event organizers.

The integration gives event organizers a simple process for managing credentials and ticket issuance for staff, talent, guests, and vendors and having that automatically reflected in the on-site access control system. Expected to be used at some of the world’s largest festivals, event organizers can expect a more streamlined process for artist, friends and family, industry, and donation ticket requests, along with parking requests, media applications and passes, and tracking internal tickets and credentials.
When event organizers are gathering large or specialized ticket and credential needs, the integration offers flexibility to collect, approve, and process any requests against the general ticket inventory. Instead of fussing with box office teams, artists and sponsors are also able to create and manage their own guest lists which are then automatically synced with the Intellitix access control system.
The integration also makes collecting and managing credentials much simpler—all from one platform for ultimate ease-of-use. Event organizers often have to be proactive, therefore the technology offers the ability to collect credentials in bulk without specific names, organize media applications and credentials, and keep the entire event secure by monitoring staff and crew assignments.
Event organizers can begin using this integration in three simple steps. First, they sync their “pass types” or types of credentials between the two systems. Next, within Lennd’s Event Form Builder, users can then create request forms for staff, vendors, and participants. These forms, once filled out, will be processed within the Lennd platform creating a seamless process. Once the event organizer has approved the submissions and requests with Lennd’s Approval Tools, the data will be fully synced with the Intellitix Access Control system.
Depending on the event’s size, Intellitix and Lennd created different ways for organizers to intake information from various departments and vendors at events. The integration offers unlimited request forms to collect company orders, individual requests, and press applications. Event operations portals are available to on-board attendees to an individual portal where they can register each worker or guest. Ideal for guest lists—Group Credentials Manager allows the management of meal assignments, invitations, and pass allotments.
