Intellitix’s RFID Technology Soars at FlyCon 2016

Cashless Payment “IntelliPay” System at FlyCon’s Kick-off party, closing the first evening of the three-day summit.Upon registration to the event, each attendee received an RFID-enabled wristband pre-loaded with “FlyBucks” – FlyCon’s digital currency – to spend at the Intellitix Cashless Bar on cocktails and bar drinks throughout the networking evening.Following behind a traditional New Orleans Second Line Parade, 300 festival attendees marched their way down the center of Canal Street to the historic river boat Creole Queen for an evening on the Mississippi River. Utilizing Intellitix’s patented RFID Access Control system, patrons were scanned aboard the vessel by portable handheld devices. All aboard and ready to set sail, Intellitix offered real-time reports on attendance aboard the cruise, as well as an added level of safety and security to a truly unique event.FlyCon 2016 is Ticketfly’s 5th annual partner and industry summit, inspiring organizers with insights from industry thought leaders and creative ways to use the Ticketfly platform to streamline operations and increase event ticket sales.
