It’s the busiest week of the festival year for Intellitix, with five events on three continents simultaneously using Intellitix state-of-the-art RFID technology.
In Europe, Belgium’s three-day Tomorrowland festival will tomorrow (26 July) open its doors, allowing thousands of electronic music lovers from home and abroad to access the site faster than ever, thanks to Intellitix’s exceptionally cool RFID access control wristband technology.
Custom-made leather wristbands featuring RFID chips were posted to ticket buyers in a beautiful presentation case prior to the event and registered easily on the festival’s website. Using the removable RFID wristbands means that entry to the grounds is fast and efficient, and not only that, fans with Dreamville access, will use the same wristbands to gain access to this off site camping area. The huge festival takes place in a magical location in a town called (fittingly) Boom, not far from Antwerp.
The RFID wristbands speed up entry processes, save money on staffing, prevent fraud and are incredibly durable no matter how many shapes the wearer throws. This is the second year that Intellitix has been proudly involved in such a momentous happening.
