Rolling Stone has written about Intellitix’s RFID wristband technology, describing the company as “innovative” in relation to its recent involvement in the grand finale of Roger Waters ‘The Wall Live’ world tour. In addition to all 75,000 attendees wearing RFID wristbands and benefitting from fast, secure RFID access control, the Quebec City show on 21 July also saw thousands of fans post a special message on Facebook in support of Amnesty International. The posts, written by Roger Waters, were triggered using ticket holder’s RFID wristbands.

The Rolling Stone blog, by tech writer Oscar Raymundo, also referenced the integration of RFID technology and social media that Intellitix undertook at Coachella festival in April, and Bonnaroo in June when 74,000 festival fans personalized their RFID wristbands, generating 250,000 Live Clicks around the Tennessee site.
