Tomorrowland does. This year the iconic event heads to South America for the first time, as it debuts in Sao Paulo, Brazil from May 1-3, 2015.

While Armin Van Buuren, David Guetta, Netsky and Steve Angello keep the crowds pumping, Intellitix will ensure access and movement across the 1,200,000m2 site is seamless, using its access control system.

Tomorrowland’s organizer, SFX Entertainment, has a long-standing relationship with Intellitix and is once again enhancing their guest experience by using RFID technology.

The system will dramatically speed up the entry process for visitors, eliminate ticket fraud, passbacks and access to restricted zones and offer security personnel access to real-time capacity information. Never one to shy away from a busy weekend, Intellitix’s access control system will manage over 55,000 activated RFID tags at Tomorrowland Brasil, while simultaneously deploying their cashless system over the same May weekend at Further Future in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Further Future is yet another event that has embraced cashless technology in its inaugural year. Further Future fans will have the opportunity to top-up their RFID wristbands either before or during the event, allowing for quick and easy transactions, as well as increased security and shorter queuing times.
